What is Frog Leggs?
Frog Leggs is a
mother-daughter company that began around the kitchen table. After many brainstorming
sessions,
mother, Kathi Terry, and daughter, Maggie Terry, had mountains of
ideas and felt very overwhelmed.
While trying to
decide how and in which direction they should proceed, Kathi declared "Let's
just do what makes us
feel good." From that point on, they decided to create,
collect, and paint things that simply felt good to do. Kathi
and Maggie figured
that if they were doing what made them feel good; visitors to Frog Leggs would
feel good too.
Hence, the motto "Creating things that make you feel good."
Where did the name Frog
Leggs come from?
Kathi's son Luke
came up with the name. He chose it because of Kathi's love of frogs, which always
reminds her of
her favorite place on earth, Big Blue Lake, Michigan, where the
family cottage has been for 5 generations.

Kathi
Terry (kathi@frogleggs.com) is a professional
artist with a degree in Design and has been painting murals, canvases,
and furniture for over 20 years. In the Frog Leggs Boutique,
she has painted literally ONE-of-a-kind accent pieces, such as wooden
bowls, platters,
frames, knobs,
stools, ottomans, and chairs. She has also hand-painted light switch plates,
baby bodysuits, and gift boxes. All of her items are available for personalization
and she loves to paint custom pieces as well, so please do inquire.

Maggie Terry (maggie@frogleggs.com)
has a degree in Marketing and is a new mom, which has brought out her creative
side. She manages the web site and handles marketing and operations.
