Customer Satisfaction
At Frog Leggs, we stand behind the quality of our product and we make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our office, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase simply follow the instructions below.

Returns and Exchanges
You may return any item purchased on our Web site, except items that have been monogrammed or personalized, either by mail or in person at our office within 30 days of purchase. Pending inspection, a refund or credit will be issued to you for the value of the item including taxes. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

To return an item by mail, contact us by phone at 517.337.4936 or via email at returns@frogleggs.com. Tell us your name, your intention to return the item, your method of payment, and the item or items to return, your reason for return, and whether you would prefer a credit or refund (although some items may not be available for replacement), insure the package, and mail it to:

Important: Shipping fees including insurance are non-refundable.

In the event that damage occurs in transit, or if you discover any defect in manufacture, please contact us at 517.337.4936 within 7 days. Follow the instructions to return an item above. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected. We will then replace the item, send it back to you, and pay for all shipping fees incurred.
